1. Final Sale Policy
Due to the nature of fine jewellery, custom work, precious metals, and natural gemstones, all sales are strictly final.
We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds for:
Change of mind or personal preference
Incorrect size ordered (please review sizing guides prior to purchasing)
Wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper handling/care after delivery
2. Damaged or Defective Items
